The MethodThe Method consists of hundreds of exercises on the table using different body positions and grips to allow for a shifting of the centre of gravity. This training helps combat the natural compression that comes with aging and gravity, improves performance for athletes by addressing muscular training in a very specific way, improves flexibility, address chronic back issues and improves whole body allignemt.
